特级奥希特拉鱼子酱是两种至美鲟鱼完美结合的产物:传奇的大白鲟和迷人的奥希特拉鲟。出产特级奥希特拉鱼子酱的鲟鱼需要长达12年的成长期直到单体重量达到40公斤。从大白鲟处继承了大粒饱满的基因,结合奥希特拉鲟绵长柔滑的坚果风味,形成了独特的丰腴浓郁并带有细腻的果香的特色。此鱼子酱被当今世界各国的优秀厨师视为鱼子酱之王。

This gourmet treat is the result of two of the most prized species of sturgeon, the beluga and the oscietra. Each fish takes at least 12 years to mature, and can weigh up to 40kg.Considered the King of Caviars, superior oscietra caviar boasts a firm texture and a uniquely delicate, buttery taste that is celebrated by chefs and gourmands around the world.
